The Honeywell Ball Valve is a two-way, five-inch, 185 Cv valve possessing a flanged, cast iron body, a Teflon seat, and a 316 stainless steel stem. It's designed in sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches and features ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. To facilitate control during installation or power failure, the valve offers a removable manual operating handle.

The Ball Valve presents a field-configurable function for either normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions. Compatible with outdoor applications, an optional enclosure with a NEMA 3R (IP54) rating can be provided.

Additionally, the valve allows for four different actuator mounting positions. A broad Cv range from 91 to 650 is provided, and leakage specification is kept minimal - adhering to ANSI Class IV (0.01% of Cv).

The Ball Valve is serviceable with hot and chilled water, functionable with glycol solutions up to 50%. It shows an equal percentage, linear flow characteristic with full port operation. The operating temperature ranges from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), and a close-off pressure stands at 70 psi.
