The Honeywell Ball Valve, 2 Way, 5 in. 144 Cv is constructed with a flanged, cast iron body, a Teflon seat, and a 316 stainless steel stem. It is available in sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches, and it is equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. This valve comes with a removable manual operating handle that can be used during installation or in case of a power failure to control the valve. Field configuration for either normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions is possible.

For outdoor applications or when additional protection is required, an optional NEMA 3R (IP54) rated enclosure can also be added. Furthermore, the actuator can be installed in one of four possible mounting positions on the valve, depending upon the requirements of the system. Various Cv choices, ranging from 91 to 650, are available to accommodate a wide range of flow rates. The valve meets the ANSI Class IV leakage specification, sustaining only 0.01% of Cv in potential leakage.

For technical specifications, the valve is designed to accommodate hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It features an equal percentage, linear flow characteristic with full port. It has an operating temperature range of -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C) and can manage a close off pressure of up to 70 psi.
