The Honeywell 2-way Ball Valve is a 4-inch valve featuring an impressive Cv of 197. Its robust construction includes a flanged, cast iron body, a Teflon seat, and stem made of 316 stainless steel. With available sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches, it comes with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections.

A distinctive feature of the valve is the removable manual operating handle that ensures control over the valve during installation or in case of power failure. The fail-safe position can be field-configured as either normally open or normally closed.

Another highpoint is that the valve comes with the option of a NEMA 3R (IP54) rated enclosure for outdoor applications. There is flexibility in installation with the possibility of choosing from four different actuator mounting positions on the valve.

Matched to the user's specific control needs, a wide range of Cv choices from 91 to 650 is offered. The valve meets the ANSI Class IV leakage specification, allowing only minimal leakage of 0.01% of the Cv rate.

Operator-friendly features include service with hot and chilled water with glycol solutions of up to 50%, and a choice of either equal percentage or linear flow characteristic with full port. The valve operates efficiently between temperatures of -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C) and can effectively close off pressure at 70 psi.
