Our Honeywell Ball Valve is a Characterized Control Valve featuring durable, Nickel Chrome Plated Brass. It retains its exceptional functionality with NPT threaded sizes ranging from 1/2 in. to 3 in., and internal Female NPT connections. This valve ensures a constant loop flow via its Reduced B Port Cv design. Its versatility is pronounced with its field configurable options for Normally Open or Normally Closed fail-safe positions.

For added control during installation or in the event of a power failure, it hosts a removable manual operating handle. Adaptability is further optimized by the valve's actuator, which can be mounted on the valve in any of four orientations. The valve boasts a shield-serviceable stem assembly for routine maintenance. Marketed with a broad Cv choice range from 0.33 to 395, it fits the needs of a diverse set of users.

One key advantage of our valve is the ease of installation. Thanks to its design, it installs in a Globe Valve T Pattern, eliminating the need for extra elbows or piping. In terms of technical specifications, this valve supports hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It showcases an equal percentage flow characteristic, and is able to operate at temperatures between -22 F and 250 F (-30 C to 121 C). To guarantee safe operation, it has a maximum operating rating capped at 360 psi.
