National Instruments VXI-8345

The National Instruments VXI-8345 is a VXI MXI-3 Interface Module designed for high-performance communication between VXI and PCI/PXI systems. Available in two configurations, the single-port version (Part Number: 778294-01) connects directly to a PC in a star configuration, while the dual-port version (Part Number: 778294-02) supports multi-chassis systems through a daisy chain configuration. The VXI-8345 leverages advanced MITE and MXI-3 ASIC technologies to ensure efficient operation at PCI peak frequencies of up to 33 MHz. It supports fiber-optic cabling, allowing for maximum distances of 200 meters between components.
