The National Instruments PCI-6034 is a versatile multifunction I/O device, designed to deliver high-speed filtering across multiple channels while maintaining exceptional performance. This device features 16 analog input channels with 16-bit resolution, capable of sampling at rates up to 200 kS/s, or supports 8 differential channels for increased measurement precision. The PCI-6034 employs a Programmable Gain Instrumentation Amplifier (PGIA), allowing for seamless switching between channels at a constant gain without additional settling time, provided source impedances remain low. However, settling times may increase when changing between channels with varying gains, particularly if the input signals differ significantly, such as when switching from a 4 V signal to a 1 mV signal.

Additionally, the device offers 8 digital input/output channels with TTL/CMOS compatibility and two 24-bit counter/timer I/O channels operating at 20 MHz, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. The PCI-6034 uses a 68-pin male SCSI-II type connector and operates on a power supply of +5 VDC at 1.5 A. Supporting the PCI-6034 is the NI-DAQ driver software, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. The card is 6.9 inches by 4.2 inches in size and comes with a standard 2-3 year warranty.
