The National Instruments ISC-1776C Smart Camera is a sophisticated industrial imaging solution equipped with a color CCD sensor and four digital I/O channels. As the color variant of the ISC-1776 model, it features a robust integrated 1.6 GHz microprocessor and 512 MB of DDR2 system memory, enabling efficient image processing and transfer. The ISC-1776C supports a maximum image resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels (UXGA) and can capture still images at an acquisition rate of 10 frames per second. Users can connect the camera to a host computer via Ethernet, maintaining a maximum link distance of 100 meters with a standard Ethernet cable, provided both devices are within the same network.

This smart camera is designed for demanding industrial applications, capable of generating precise lighting triggers to enhance image quality by accommodating external flashlights. The ISC-1776C includes four open collector output channels and four opto-coupled input channels which facilitate communication with external systems. Additionally, a serial interface is available for integrating various serial communication devices.
