Honeywell Gas Valve, Small Body Valve Train - V5097E1005/U

The Gas Valve Small Body Valve Train is a high-pressure integrated valve designed for industrial control applications. It is equipped with an on/off safety shutoff feature and a double seal for enhanced safety. The valve is capable of accommodating a variety of pipe sizes, specifically 3/4 in., 1 in., 1-1/4 in., or 2 in. The maximum operating pressure is established at 5 psi. This unit is designed to be compatible with V9055, V4055, and V4062 systems.

One of the key features of this valve includes the three 1/4 in. to 18 NPT upstream taps and two 1/4 in. to 18 NPT downstream taps. The valve is crafted for direct mounting in a gas supply line. It comes with seven available pipe adapter sizes ranging from 3/4 in. to 3 in., and for versatility, these adapters have NPT or BSP threaded connections. The CE version of this valve includes an additional downstream tap and plug.

The valve comes with a yellow SHUT indicator attached to the valve stem, providing clear indication of the valve's closed position. The valve has a double seal and is designed to be used with V4055D, E actuators. This combination ensures a proof-of-closure switch and valve seal over-travel interlock.

This valve accommodates both natural and LP gas. Its capacity ranges from 665 cf/hr to 3620 cf/hr. It can safely work under operating conditions of -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 66 C), making it ideal for high-pressure scenarios.
