The National Instruments SET-2110 Fault Insertion Card (Part Number: 787760-01) is a versatile high-density switching matrix engineered specifically for routing signals in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) applications. It supports sixteen differential channels or thirty-two single-ended channels, allowing for flexible and independent connections to a high-current fault injection bus. The SET-2110 features the capability to dynamically select fault bus signal pairings for each channel, enhancing its adaptability in simulating fault conditions, including the creation of short circuits between positive and negative signals. Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and accommodating a storage range of -40°C to 85°C, the SET-2110 is suitable for environments with a non-condensing humidity level of 10% to 90% and can sustain altitudes up to 2000 m, with storage humidity ranging from 5% to 95%.
