National Instruments SC-2350

The National Instruments SC-2350 Shielded Carrier is engineered for compatibility with E Series and M Series data acquisition (DAQ) modules. This versatile carrier features a 68-pin connector that facilitates seamless integration with DAQ modules and incorporates 42 screw terminals for direct signal transfer. One of the notable attributes of the SC-2350 is its capacity for per-channel signal conditioning, resulting in minimized signal noise when utilized with SCC Series modules. The SC-2350 supports signal transfer with Class II smart TEDS sensors and includes configurable connectors, offering additional flexibility for integration. A pre-installed power module in Socket J21 supplies digital power to the Shielded Carrier while providing analog power to the SCC modules. This product also features LED indicators to convey the power state of the module. Despite announcing the SC-2350’s obsolete status, National Instruments will continue to offer this shielded carrier for purchase and repair through Apex Waves. The SC-2350 is designed for portability, making it suitable for both desktop and laptop applications, and optional accessories, including stack-mount or rackmount configurations, are available separately.
