National Instruments PXI-6533

The National Instruments PXI-6533 is a high-performance PXI Digital I/O Module designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a maximum pattern I/O rate of 13.3 MB/s and handshaked I/O rate of 77.8 MB/s, providing robust data acquisition capabilities through its 32 individually configurable digital I/O lines. Each line can be set as either an input or output and is organized into four 8-bit ports, capable of sourcing or sinking up to 24 mA of current. The module can be effortlessly installed in any 5 V peripheral slot within a PXI chassis and includes onboard integrated memory, allowing users to buffer data for continuous loops, which enhances data processing rates. It supports Direct Memory Access (DMA) for efficient data transfer in 32-byte blocks.

The PXI-6533 is equipped with event-driven programming capabilities, enabling the generation of messages in response to specified settings.
