National Instruments PXI-5922

The National Instruments PXI-5922 is a 24-bit PXI oscilloscope designed for high-performance applications, offering flexible resolution with up to 114 dBc spurious-free dynamic range and a maximum sample rate of 15 MS/s. This oscilloscope features an anti-aliasing defense suitable for every sample rate and provides a range of settings for voltage input and coupling. It is equipped with deep onboard memory options, available in configurations of 8 MB, 32 MB, and 256 MB per channel, along with various triggering modes and a comprehensive instrument driver. The device is compatible with NI-SCOPE and Scope Soft Front Panel software, which include extensive data analysis and streaming capabilities, featuring over 50 built-in measurements and interactive control options.

The PXI-5922 can be programmed using multiple software environments, including LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio, Microsoft Visual C/C++, and .NET, making it versatile for creating various measurement tools such as spectrum analyzers, DC and RMS voltmeters, frequency counters, IF digitizers, and audio analyzers. The oscilloscope also supports PXI synchronization functionality and is equipped with an onboard clock (Internal VCXO) capable of a sample rate range from 50 kS/s to 15 MS/s, with a maximum switch bandwidth of 6 MHz.

The PXI-5922 includes both CLK IN and CLK OUT connectors on the front panel and supports a wide range of reference trigger types, including Edge, Window, Immediate, Software, and Digital, along with analog trigger types such as windows and edge. The oscilloscope allows for redundant triggering sources via CH 0, CH 1, and TRIG front panel BNC connectors. Measuring 8.5 x 0.8 x 5.1 inches and weighing 11.8 ounces, the device operates in a temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C and comes with a three-year warranty.
