Part Number: NI-9202
The National Instruments NI-9202 is a high-performance C Series Voltage Input Module characterized by its robust design and advanced capabilities, offering a maximum sampling rate of 10 kS/s per channel. This module features 16 differential input channels, enabling the simultaneous acquisition of voltage measurements over a range of ±10 V. With a 24-bit resolution, the NI-9202 ensures precision data collection important for large and distributed control systems. It incorporates configurable filters to minimize noise, making it suitable for various control applications while maintaining low latency.
The NI-9202 is ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding environments and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 °C to 70 °C. Each unit provides high isolation voltages, rated at 250 V RMS for the spring terminal variant and 60 V DC for the D-Sub variant, and is tested to endure surges of up to 3,000 V RMS. The module is available in three configurations: with spring terminals (Part Number: 784400-01), D-SUB front connection (Part Number: 784399-01), and conformal coated spring terminals (Part Number: 784400-02). Notably, the D-SUB variant supports I/O cabling up to 30 meters in length, thus enhancing flexibility in system design.
The NI-9202 also supports floating differential connections, allowing the connection of the negative lead to COM through a high-resistance resistor, thereby maintaining the signal source within the common-mode voltage range. For further information, user and maintenance manuals are available for download. For pricing details, please contact a sales representative.
