The National Instruments ISC-1732 Smart Camera is designed for diverse machine vision applications, including part location, code reading, defect detection, and assembly verification. As part of the NI-17xx Smart Camera series, the ISC-1732 integrates a charge-coupled device (CCD) image sensor with a powerful onboard 400 MHz PowerPC processor, facilitating real-time vision analysis. It features a 1/3-inch Sony Monochrome ICX424AL CCD sensor with a resolution of 640x480 pixels, enabling an acquisition rate of 60 frames per second. The camera is equipped with two optionally isolated digital inputs and two digital isolated outputs, along with dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for streamlined communication. An RS232 serial port is also available for additional connectivity options. The ISC-1732 supports configuration through NI Vision Builder or LabVIEW Real-Time, providing access to an extensive array of analysis and image processing functions.
