About JAKA Zu 3s
- The small, light, and flexible JAKA Zu 3s is a robotic arm with a working radius of 626 mm and a payload of 3 kg. It is built for accuracy, repeatability, and safety.
- It is equipped with an industrial force sensor and a force control algorithm. This enables it to feel its environment and any surrounding forces by adding sensing capacity to the 6 joints.
- A variety of force control solutions are available, including constant force, normal tracking, and speed mode, ensuring full-arm collision detection. This makes the JAKA Zu 3s perfect for polishing on complex surfaces, inspection, PCB assembly, or testing.
- For continued monitoring, the contact force value is displayed in real-time, and the control settings can be adjusted via the JAKA App according to the requirements of the task at hand.
- The flexible 6-jointed device can be mounted at any angle without the need for safety fences, ensuring seamless interaction in a tri-co setting.
