The Proportional Temperature Controller by Honeywell is expertly engineered to help maintain precise temperature standards within a 0 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit range. Encased within this controller is a copper averaging sensor element, and it comes equipped with a 24-foot capillary, as well as a 135-ohm potentiometer. The overall size of the bulb is 7/64 inches in diameter and 24 feet in length.
One of the key features of this controller is its Fast Response Models, which are ideally suited for duct mounting. Equipped with a coiling sensing element, these models can respond at least four times faster than standard models, providing superior efficiency.
To ensure consistent temperature readings and control, the controller is ambient temperature compensated for both casing and tubing. This controller boasts a capillary tube, allowing for the remote mounting of the sensing element, adding to the flexibility and convenience of usage.
Additionally, users have the ability to read and adjust the set point via a throttle dial located within the case. This function allows for easy manipulation of the controller according to your industrial needs.
