Honeywell Excel 10 Controller, 12 IO

The Honeywell Excel 10 Controller, with 12 IO, is a versatile device engineered for continuous volume air handling units. This unit is configurable, featuring 6 DO (Relay), 3 AI, 3 DI, and provisions for LonWorks Bus Network Communications. However, its purchase availability is contingent on the remaining inventory.

Functioning as a control unit for both single-zone and heat pump air handling systems, the Excel 10 Controller utilizes the Echelon LonWorks Network Communication protocol. This is designed to accommodate both staged heating/cooling control and modulating heating/cooling control. The controller can use either the Series 60 floating control (compatible with W7750A, B, C) or PWM (compatible with W7750B, C only), thereby offering modulating control for heating and cooling equipment.

With power specifications adapted to 24 VAC, this controller operates at temperature ratings that range from -40° to 150°F (-40° to 655°C). It has received necessary approvals, including UL 916 (E87741), cUL (E87741) and meets the FCC Part 15 Class B requirements.

Being part of the Excel 10 Controller Product Family, it has been developed as a configurable, standalone type. It utilizes a Lonworks communication network and functions with 12 IO. Equipped with FTT-10A LON ports, the voltage power of this unit is displayed as VAC, within a range of 20 to 30 VAC.

The device is ideal for AHU applications and can be mounted conveniently with a DIN Rail Mount or via Surface Mount.
