The Honeywell Direct Coupled Actuator, with a robust 175 lb-in torque, employs a 24 VAC power source and possesses a 16 VA rating. Designed for versatility in operation, it supports Floating, 2-10 VDC, and 4-20 mA signals using a 500 ohm resistor. The actuator features a self-centering shaft adapter for compatibility with a wide array of shaft sizes, delivering comprehensive usability across different industrial setups. It also provides models equipped with Sylk technology, further enhancing its functional scope. An access cover aids in easy connectivity, while a durable metal housing equipped with preset mechanical end limits ensures longevity and reliable operation.

The actuator's spring return direction can be selected in the field for customized applications, and an integrated shaft position indicator along with a scale provide clear referencing. A manual winding capability reinforces its functionality, augmented with an incorporated locking feature. The unit complies with UL (cUL) standards and all actuator models are plenum-rated as per UL2043. Models equipped with 3 ft 18 AWG color-coded cables are also available.

The device demonstrates excellent power management, while the operating temperatures range from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 65 C), supporting diverse environments. Electrical connections can accommodate field wiring from 14-22 AWG to screw terminals, conveniently located under the removable access cover.
