It offers an on-board setup option allowing for customization of meter date/time and ID codes for communication.

The device is engineered to maintain interval data storage in a first-in, first-out format. It records both kWh and kVARh delivered as well as received, showcasing data across the first 4 channels. The meter stores data in 15-minute intervals for up to 72 days or, alternatively, in 5-minute intervals for up to 24 days.

The Class 3200 Meter is compatible with E-Mon Energy software courtesy of the EZ7 Protocol, thereby enabling automatic meter reading, billing, and profiling of interval energy data. It can also be Ethernet-enabled when utilized in conjunction with the Ether-Mon key.
