The valve also includes a resilient seat of peroxide-cured EPDM and a 416 stainless steel stem for robust, reliable operation.

Available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, this valve can accommodate ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It boasts bi-directional flow functionality along with an extended neck that allows for 2 inches of pipe insulation. For enhanced corrosion resistance, reduced friction and less reliance on large actuator systems, the valve comes with disks made of cast iron coated with Nylon 11.

The valve body is made of cast iron and coated with polyester, providing safeguards against weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact damage. Its stainless steel valve stem comes with a precise double-D disk connection with no points of access for corrosion.

With bubble-tight seat leakage feature at the rated close-off, this valve ensures consistent performance.
