The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 2-inch valve designed with a polyester-coated cast iron body, a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat, and a 416 stainless steel stem. This flanged valve is engineered with a Cv of 61 at a 60-degree stroke and 144 at a 90-degree stroke. It offers bi-directional flow and is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, making it compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections.

This durable valve has an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. In addition, the valve features cast iron disks coated in Nylon 11, ensuring corrosion resistance and reduced friction. This design facilitates the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve body itself is made of cast iron and has been polyester-coated for protection against weather, chemical interactions, ultraviolet radiation, abrasion, and impact. Further enhancing its durability, it has a stainless steel valve stem set with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, which prevents corrosion from accessing any points in the system.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve provides bubble-tight seat leakage at rated close-off. It's highly versatile and can handle both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. With an equal percentage flow characteristic, it operates efficiently and reliably in temperatures ranging between -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). The valve can withstand a close-off pressure of 175 psi, adding to its robust and dependable performance.
