The IC693MDL645 is a 24-volt DC Positive/Negative Logic Input module designed for use within the GE Fanuc Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller systems that are equipped with either a 5 or 10-slot baseplate. This module features 16 input points, utilizing a single common power terminal, allowing for flexible connection to field devices. Power can be supplied directly by the user or through a compatible +24V DC supply. Its positive and negative logic capabilities make it particularly effective for applications involving electronic proximity and limit switches, as well as pushbuttons. Installed wiring and current identification details are conveniently presented on a color-coded insert, which is located between the inner and outer surfaces of the module's hinged door. The module features 1500 volts of isolation between the field and logic sides, with typical on-state and off-state voltage ranges of 11.5 to 30 volts DC and 0 to ±5 volts DC, respectively.
