The IC200ALG432 is a high-performance Analog Mixed Module featuring 12-bit resolution with ±10VDC input current capabilities. This module supports four single-ended input channels and two single-ended output channels, facilitating versatile analog signal processing. To operate the outputs, a 24V external power supply is required, while the inputs are powered by the transceiver's external power source, allowing for streamlined installation within the system. Intelligent processing is executed by the CPU or Network Interface Unit (NIU), enabling seamless data handling with four words of analog input data and two words of analog output data.

The module is equipped with LED indicators to confirm the presence of user-side power for the analog field circuits, illuminating green during normal operation. It is designed to detect and report faults due to loss of user-side power and includes a convenient jumper for output configuration. Notably, the IC200ALG432 can retain its last states or revert to defaults even when there are temporary interruptions in backplane or field power.
