The IC200ALG264 is a 15-channel, 15-bit current analog input module designed for the GE Fanuc Versamax Series. This module interfaces with 15 single-ended current inputs, powered directly by the backplane power supply, and operates continuously at 250 VAC without the need for an external power source. However, user transceivers will require an external power supply. The IC200ALG264 features jumper selections that allow for configuration between (4-20)mA and (0-20)mA input ranges, with a high-resolution 15-bit analog-to-digital converter. The module includes software configurability and an option to retain the last input state during power loss. Additionally, it provides diagnostic capabilities such as internal power loss detection for field circuits and open wire error reporting in 4-20mA mode. A green LED indicator confirms the presence of backplane power and proper operation of internally generated field power. To optimize signal integrity, shielded twisted pair cables are recommended for analog channel connections. Grounding should be performed at the source device; if not feasible, the cable shield must be grounded at the I/O module using an Auxiliary I/O Terminal. The module consumes 100 mA from the +5V bus and has an input filter response of 24 Hz ±20%.
