The GE Fanuc IC200ALG240 is a versatile Analog Input Module designed for the VersaMax series. It features the capability to process signals from up to eight isolated analog devices, delivering data output with a resolution of 16 bits. The module operates in two modes: voltage mode, with an input range of ±10 volts, and current mode, with a range of 4 to 20 milliamps. Integrated diagnostic features allow for open wire detection and enable users to configure various parameters, such as alarm levels and scaling of individual channels, through software.

With a data update rate of 20 milliseconds at a 50 Hz filter frequency and 16.7 milliseconds at a 60 Hz filter frequency, the IC200ALG240 ensures timely data reporting. It is equipped with diagnostic LED indicators that communicate module status, power status, and fault conditions, including field power loss and NVRAM faults. The IC200ALG240 functions with an external power supply rated between 19.5-30V DC and 100 milliamps, serving applications that operate at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency while ensuring reliable isolation with a user input-to-logic isolation of 250 volts AC and channel-to-channel isolation also rated at 250 volts AC.
