The Fuji Electric FRN0004C2S-7U is a FRENIC-Mini (C2) series compact variable frequency drive (VFD) rated 1/2 HP with a 3.5A rated output current, designed for single-phase 230 vac input. The FRENIC-Mini (C2) is one of Fuji Electric's most popular compact drives, combining an ultra-slim enclosure with a full set of motor control capabilities for conveyors, fans, pumps, and small machinery.
The drive supports both V/f control and sensorless vector control, and a built-in PID controller enables direct closed-loop process control, for example maintaining constant pressure in pump systems or constant airflow in fan applications, without an external controller. Standard RS-485 Modbus RTU communication allows integration into supervisory control systems, and an integrated keypad with potentiometer simplifies commissioning.
